Deidre Mosher creates artwork that is sassy, quirky and a bit bold. Deidre has been playing with crayons since she was about 3 years old - when her mother thought it would be the best way for her to entertain herself. Her mother never knew that it would set her on the path of a longtime career in the field of all things creative. Deidre knew that she would be an artist and she worked hard until she achieved her dream. She believes that art provides her with an opportunity to connect with her clients and her instinct. Deidre is flexible in her choice of styles. This is to ensure that her clients get the best and she uses her experience to produce art that’s appealing to her viewers. Her inspiration comes from mother and her childhood. She began her career in the fashion industry, working for Mademoisell Magazine.
By the age of 24, she became the art director for Pendleton Woolen Mills. She loves what she does and can’t exchange it for anything else. In the year 2007, she was featured in Holding Our Own, a Camilla Rockwell’s documentary which was aired on VPTV and screened at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She starts each day taking the long trek along with her 4-legged fur balls, from home to her studio in Fort Myers Florida. She says that creating Art is what she lives to do. Many collectors put a high price tag on her art because of their attractiveness.
