Brian Rubenacker was born and raised in a small town in Michigan. He painted his first pet portrait of his beloved Lacey, Boston Terrier, as a birthday gift for his wife. His work has been published in many leading publications. Rubenacker loved art from an early age and has been working on arts since. He has been a professional painter for about 20 years. From 2000, his paintings hang in his house. His paintings also hang in many businesses and homes around the world. Lacey was his first Boston Terrier and his muse. She is the studio mascot and continues to inspire his artwork. His work has been featured at Where’s My Bone, Dog Art Today, Lift, Green Rice Gallery, Phetched, 323 East, and on 2 Broke Girls, the CBS television show.

What he started out as an interest in painting has grown to advanced levels of art as he’s is now a professional artist and instead of just painting purely for fun, he decided to take it seriously as a career. His works have been exhibited in several galleries across the United States, with some of them sold as limited editions while others as prints. He’s is an established artist whose works have been published by several mainstream companies. This has seen his career blossoming. His use of color is very powerful, ensuring that his art represents glowing and fitting sheds that represent his subjects perfectly. Based on the subject he’s covering at any given time, Rubenacker uses different colors to make his paintings look real.
