Edward Park is an artist from Naples, FL, United States. He’s an internationally recognized artist who has been painting for more than 50 years. Park is the son of an amateur artist and farmer. He grew up around nature and art. He fell in love with art at a very young age, and made up his mind at that tender age that he would be an artist. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the esteemed Ringling College of Art and Design. Park also studied art in France at the Pont-Aven School of Contemporary Art. Using techniques he learned in college and also from his experience, he has honed and developed in his more than 5 decades of painting. He paints with oils on fine linen canvas to give other art-lovers visions of beauty and warmth. He brings his subjects to life using a textured brush or vibrant knife strokes.
He also mixes his own color combinations and constructs his own frames for strong and brilliant pieces with integrity. It is his hope that his viewers will enjoy his paintings.
