Manning is not only a painter, but he’s also a sculptor who has created several masterpieces to a variety of audiences. He went to Philadelphia Museum of Art where he studied art for a couple of years. Manning then traveled to several destinations before he finally settled in New Jersey where he still works today. Manning’s artistic life changed for the better when he sold his first art print in 1968. Through that sale, more people saw and admired his works. Some of Manning's favorite art pieces include "Black Lab with Decoys," "Ocean Breeze," and "America's Prize." Artwork pieces he did for companies such as Hamilton Collection, Franklin Mint, and Danbury Mint have earned him international respect.
