Larisa Psaryova (Born in 1959) was born in a small town called Petrovo Zabaikalskiy in the Lake Baikal region of Eastern Russia. In 1981, she graduated from the art College of Memory 1905. Ten years later, she graduated from Moscow state academic art Institute. She became the Honored artist of the Russian Federation and, since 2003 she’s been a member of the Creative Union of artists of Russia. Her dedication to her work and the quality of her work led to a gold medal award for her contribution to the national culture of the creative Union of artists of Russia. She was also awarded the diploma of the Academy of arts of Russia. Larisa’s works are in private collections and galleries in Austria, Russia, China, Great Britain, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and the United States of America.
Larissa also won a silver medal at the all-union art graduates competition. She completed her studies at Surikov Art Academy in Moscow in 1991. Since then, she has exhibited at numerous leading galleries in Europe and Russia, and is particularly respected for her beautiful still-life paintings. Larisa has developed a unique process that she uses to produce highly textural works with layers that help convey what she feels about her subject matter. Her images reverberate well with a diverse group of viewers and collectors of all ages, as well as with professionals and art students. After her graduation, she plunged into the art world and within a short time she had managed to pull a huge following of fans.
