Marco Fabiano is an artist based in Italy. He currently lives in British Columbia, Canada, with his children and wife. He studied both fine art and ceramics in art school. His art work is informed by his Italian heritage, with a special emphasis on Romanesque and Renaissance and Italian expresso themes, as well as other aspects of what might be referred the "culture of sophistication," including gourmet cuisine, high fashion, and cocktail drinks, such as martinis. His artwork is influenced by other retro-vintage poster designers such as Ken Bailey, Kerne Erickson, Michael Kungl, and Steve Forney. For him, simple objects hold the potential to be amazing things. He says that people just need to look at these little things in a new way.

Fabiano’s early education in European art history and Renaissance attracted him to the stylized graphic design that has become his calling card. These things, combined with his life-long fascination in ceramics, are the basis that shapes the function and form in his paintings. His images, infused with both mystery and romance, are deeply connected to the past and his love of antiquity. He finds himself mesmerized by classic cultures. He says that historic cultures mesmerize him. “They are our past and a gateway from where we have come," he says. His other love is his family. His love for experimenting with art and design has led him to continually create new works that add complexity to simple things. He has participated in many art exhibitions either in solo or in group.
