Adam Jones was raised in San Francisco California. He knew from an early age that he would become an artist. He liked to surround himself with art materials, books, etc. Jones was trained at Southern Methodist University and graduated with a BA degree in art from the Temerlin School of Advertising. Here he minored in Studio Art. After graduation he proceeded to California College of the Arts where he completed additional art courses. After his studies, he plunged himself into painting and photography. His paintings go deep into the story of human emotion, and they have been shown in art fairs and galleries around the country. He’s currently an Art Director and Studio Artist working and living in Dallas, Texas.
The artist combines his ability to capture the details of human figure through his style with the contract of huge blocks of color, to bring to life his subjects’ emotions on canvas. He draws, paints and creates digital designs that are available for sale and are also showcased in galleries. His mission is to create imaginative, intelligent and innovative fine art and graphic design to promote and enhance pleasure and business activities in the dynamic world we inhabit. He’s one of those optimistic artists who see possibilities and opportunities everywhere. That’s why his art is found in almost all corners of the world. He blends a traditional art style with a pop art spin and continues to paint events and landscapes, cultural icons, bringing to life his life pleasures and journeys.
