Artist Mike Schick resides in Vermont. He knew from an early age that he would be an artist since he was surrounded by people who appreciated his artwork. From a young age, Schick was able to produce very beautiful images of his subjects because of his love of art and passion for anything artistic. He began serious painting after years working in three-dimensional art fields as a home accessories builder and designer and as a sculptor. He has distinctive and an inimitable style that has earned him reputation as one of the world’s best artists. He relies so much on drawing and gives much attention to surface detail and texture in his paintings. He doesn’t ignore little details that are ignored by many artists.
Schick has passion for his environment, and this is his most valuable qualification. Schick loves what he does and his works are able to speak for themselves, attracting clients not only from the US, but also from around the world. He uses acrylics and still approaches each painting experimentally and is usually amused and amazed by the variety of influences on the final result.
