Diane Romanello Paradiso Sunset

"Paradiso Sunset" is a serene sunset scene by contemporary painter Diane Romanello. The images was created using oils on canvas and a palette of warm colors. The sky in this image is cloudy with the peach and orange tones of a sunset on the beach. The same colors are reflected in the ocean waves and three small sailboats are floating on it's surface in the distance. Closer to the sands of the beach, the waves are white with foam as they approach the shore. Giving this image the feel of a person actually being on the beach are dark green palm fronds that hang from long branches overhead. This print is a great choice for decorating a beach styled home, a sun porch or even a hotel in a warm or tropical location. The colors in the print lend themselves to a frame of brown or natural wood and with the right decor items to accompany it, even a white frame could work well.
