John Rossini is an American professional artist who specializes in illustration and watercolor painting. He has combined illustration and architecture for well over 30 years. Rossini’s architectural background and work experience have made his keenness to detail evident in all his artwork pieces and has also influenced his subject matter. Apart from being a very talented artist, he also studied art in college. He went to Georgia Institute of Technology where he graduated with a degree in architecture. Rossini also received formal architectural illustration training from the same institution. John has advanced his skills in art by offering architectural illustration training in the Fine Arts Department at the University of Massachusetts. He has also taught architectural technology and drawing as an adjunct professor at Bay Path College. John is mainly a watercolorist whose focus in particularly architectural designs found in New England.

His creative works contain different elements of New England countryside, including compounds, buildings, animals, and household items. Being a realist, his paintings are centered on real world objects delivered exactly the way they are. Because of the quality of his works and subjects, his works have become quite famous, especially in the US. They have been collected and exhibited in different galleries across the globe. Some of Rossini’s notable works are “Shelf Life Too,” "A Dog's Life," and "October Gray."

"My style is realist in order to present the things around me as they truly exist. The subjects of my art are generally ordinary scenes with strong architectural themes that reflect the New England vernacular.”
