Beverly Doyle grew up on a small farm in Massachusetts. He has loved art as long as he can remember. As soon as he could hold a pencil he was consumed in drawing the animal life around him. Horses, cows and dogs were my favorite subjects. He loved all animals but horses became his passion not only to paint but also to compete and ride. He graduated with Bachelors in Fine Art and a minor in Biology from Framingham State College. Before he continued with school he spent 3 months at the Milwaukee County Zoo where he was learning how to draw and paint and at the same time learning about many other types of animal species. After briefly attending the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California he returned to horses and home. It became his desire to illustrate them and represent to the world that we need to protect them.

Doyle was forces by circumstances to find other types of work while he continued pursuing his art career. He turned to illustrating Children's Animal books. He was so successful in illustrating three books and mastering the art of airbrush. He was hoping to bring awareness to the injustices put on the domesticated and the wild horses. Since that time he has rediscovered his roots and returned to the fine art painting of farm animals and horses. Their strength, beauty, intelligence and spirit have been a cornerstone to the development of the human race. Doyle believes that humans have a responsibility to protect animals.
