Sheila Kalishe has a company called A.L.L.’S. WELL, where she creates products that are the fruits of her imaginations, with wide application and appeal.  The concept closest to her heart at the moment is a stunning artistic collection based on a global celebration of women. Sheila is an entrepreneur in the classic sense of the word. The artist dreams up an idea, and then manages that idea and brings it to reality as it makes its way to the market.  Remembering the inception of her company, Sheila said that in the spring of 1986, she created an idea to explore the fragrance designer industry. She discovered that the zodiac had a specific flower associated with the signs. Sheila thought that if she could create fact-filled and artistic greeting card line, she could introduce the scents to the marketplace and attach tiny fragrance samples.

The company's name uses the capital letters of the members of her family. And her logo features a wishing well for her ideas to emerge. Sheila owns the rights to three other companies:  the Cultural Exchange, A Byte of the Apple and Adornables. The artist has always been inventive.  The Tackle Box Belt, her product is now protected by a U.S. utility patent. As a former high school English teacher, she started the business but she had no business background. She decided to attend a Learning Annex seminar in New York where she met Dr. Fad-Ken Hakuta in January, 1987when he was sponsoring the first Annual Fad Fair in Detroit. She attended it and managed to exhibit the first prototypes of her product inventions.
