Tom Norring is a Travel, Landscape and Wildlife photographer. He retired from a career as a successful high tech executive to focus on his passion – art. Norring had no prior formal education or training in photography so he spent time with Jack Dykinga, Art Wolfe and Frans Lanting in the field to get training and feed back from the Masters. In the last few years, Norring has been travelling the Globe to establish a base Portfolio to start his Photo Business. He has done this with much success. In a very short time frame his photos have appeared in New York Times in the travel section as well as in the Catalogue and other marketing material from Wilderness Travel.
He’s now a highly regarded photographer who travels far and wide on invites. His images are attractive and wherever they are displays, viewers usually stand o take a second look, with some ending up purchasing them. He has a wide network of clients from all over the world and this network is ever expanding. Norring believes that photographs are able to stir past emotional experiences and our unconscious feelings, while at the same time inspire integrity and self-awareness – photographs can capture both the best and the worst moments. Because of the brilliant manner in which he captures his scenes and objects, Norring has been recognized as one of the leading photographers in America.
