Nature does inspire him greatly, an endless supply of texture and color brings a fresh opportunity every single day, and he can never get bored or tired of taking floral shots. Disher consciously strives to create a visual impact of shape and color combined with elegance or beauty with a sense of tranquility or energy from something which is often quite an extremely and ordinarily popular subject.
Initially, she worked part time in a small photography retail outlet for many years where most of her duties included advising on framing and handling customer orders for printing and of course selling accessories and cameras, and to be able to do her job properly, he had to keep up with all the latest technology at that time. He likes to face up challenges that why she later chose to work with still lifes which she says are a challenge to her at the moment. He wants to achieve his goals and produce images that he would also be proud to hang on his wall. He hates to feel that his work is becoming too predictable or stale so he tries to explore new possibilities all the time.
