Camilla d’Errico began his career as a painter in 2006. She resides in Vancouver, BC. Camilla is an Italo-Canadian artist who began showing her work in galleries in Los Angeles, across the US and Canada, New York, San Francisco, Vancouver and Chicago in 2007, in what was known as the Lowbrow. With her work on Helmetgirls, Camilla expanded upon the concept of headgear to include all kinds of animals, juxtaposing and intertwining her stylized, fantasy girls with lifelike animals. She is among the group of female artists including Amy Sol and Audrey Kawasaki who paint beautiful young girls in the Pop Surrealism category. Her girls are unusually doe-eyed, magnificently colorful and stunning female characters. Thanks to her dedication, creativity, and relentless energy, she has followed her dream of successfully working creatively for a living. Camilla has been making waves in the comic and fine art industries with her manga-influenced style.

Camilla, an ever prolific artist, is comic creator/artist and Pop Surrealist painter. She is expanding her style into accessories, fashion, toys and other merchandise, while also contributing to the vinyl art toy movement. Camilla draws and paints comics, and recently she has started working with entertainment companies on feature videogames and films.
