Meghan Mcsweeny is a perpetual student of photography, and continues to seek opportunities for growth. Her work has been featured both nationally and regionally, and she ssya that her work has been supported by her amazing businesses, clients, books, websites, and print publications. In her “spare” time, she seeks adventures with her kids, practices yoga a few times a week, drinks plentiful amounts of coffee and teaches her rescue dog some new tricks. A lifelong fan of light and beauty, Meghan tries to live each day filled with appreciation for the day to day moments, and photography is one of the ways in which she does that. She was drawn to the craft at an early age. Her passion for the arts continues because of her desire to express her feeling about her subjects to her viewers. She learnt the trade of photography through traditional means.

She had access to her high school yearbook and this led her to classes at a local art school, while at the same time she was assisted by an area architecture photographer. Meghan then attended the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. Meghan says she can’t think of a better job than one that captures the big and little moments of life. College was a complete joy, as the artist was surrounded by some of the best teachers. She certainly learned alongside some of the best photographers in the world today. She has an immense love of California stemming from her time of living there during college.
