Katsushika Hokusai The Great Wave of Kanagawa

      The Great Wave of Kanagawa by Katsushika Hokusai is a well known Asian themed fine art print. The main focus of this piece is a large wave towering over smaller waves in the ocean. The center of the large wave and smaller waves is a dark blue color. The very top of the wave is white and light blue to show the ripples from the waves force. The background of this piece is a canvas-looking, off white color. In the upper left corner of this print is a long vertical rectangle. The rectangle is filled with an off white color that is slightly lighter than the background. The rectangle also has symbols that is Japanese script.
