We're convinced that you will be more than happy with the quality of your product when it arrives. All of our products have a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping charges and restock fee. Unless damaged during shipping, all items returned must be received in resellable condition to process a refund. Any prints or finished items returned that are broken, ripped, bent or stained cannot be processed for a refund.

Prior to any returns, you are REQUIRED to contact Customer Service by emailing support@fulcrumgallery.com so that we can issue you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) to ensure that we can properly issue you credits and track the returning package.
