Lena Navarro was born in Ukraine, Eastern Europe where she aslo grew up. From a young age she was painting, drawing and making all kinds of artistic stuff. Lena felt like she wanted to create new things all the time and change existence. She felt that everything had to be original and had to have a touch of an artist. In a society where children grow up and become "normal" adults and find jobs at offices, Lena, for some reason, felt this perspective was never attractive to her. She wanted a different life, something different, than what everybody else has. She grew up and her passions grew up with her. She believed that she could change the world and she still feels this way. She says that by doing beautiful we are really changing the world.
She loves when her art brings smiles on peoples faces, this is what she’s working to achieve. Lena likes when people are looking at her work they stop and think, and then they have new emotions and feelings. She likes that she can bring her original touch in someone's home, in someone's life, just as she dreamed when she was still a young girl - Dreams come true! Her favorite media is oil. She says it is beautiful, and her favorite thing to say to her customers is that her paintings will last longer than them (the customers). She’s not trying to be mean; she’s just saying it is something her customers can leave for their grandkids.
