Annelein Beukenkamp’s watercolors are represented at various galleries. She also has limited edition, numbered and signed Giclee prints available. Her work has evolved to include portraits, figures, still lifes and roosters. Her paintings are currently being reproduced and licensed on a myriad of products such as greeting cards, puzzles, tiles, gift bags, fabric and more. Her approach to painting and watercolors are constantly evolving. Her watercolors are in private and corporate collections across the globe. Her paintings can be seen at various galleries across the state and recently she has had several of her images reproduced as limited edition Giclee prints. Annelein truly enjoys the beautiful way the pigments she uses interact and mingle on the crusty white paper. The artist strives to capture the “essence” of blooms not their exact reproduction.

She says that the reason she enjoys painting blossoms stems from her childhood in the Netherlands where she was driving in fields of explosive color. Watercolor is her passion and joy and she still has so much to learn. She’s always open to learning new styles and techniques to help improve her art. That’s why she’s a faithful visitor to museums, galleries, etc to learn from the works of other artists. Annelein participates in many annual juried and group shows, some of which include Art in the Round Barn, Envisioned in a Pastoral setting, Art on the Mountain, the Stratton Arts Festival, Haystack, Reflections on Basin Harbor, Waitsfield and Shelburne Farms. She’s a signature member of the Vermont Watercolor Society.
