Denise Braun is a mixed media artist, licensed professional uber-creative teacher and an Inspirationalist. She’s the designer of a creative guidance system, ARTuition, for unlocking people’s potential and sparking the passion of their soul. She delivers tools that help students manifest their dreams. She inspires them to awaken to their own power and authentic expression through her soulful dialogue. She masterfully weaves together artistic, clinical and intuitive skills into a dazzling blend of fun, love and wisdom. Her spirit and art imbue joy, light and possibility to all that they shine on. Denise is self-taught and was raised by her mother who was also a professional artist. She grew up silk-screening t-shirts and tie-dying her own clothes.
At a young age, she was always the winner of local art contests and was often asked to draw pictures on the books and notepads of her friends. Her collage/mixed media art depicts a genuine connection to joy and happiness, which is inspired from a personal wisdom and deep contentment. She tactfully weaves together paper, acrylic, gesso and ink to create her own unique Heartwork City pieces. As a certified hypno-art-therapist, her art speaks to the hearts of her viewers, and her style is without doubt representative of joy and spirituality, whimsy and color. She worked in the field of Psychology for many years, and this has made her art to represent wisdom, hope and positivity. She has restorative therapy programs that have helped countless children and families, even those with cancer and other health challenges.
