Mark Daehlin is an artist who’s active and lives in Minnesota.  He’s known for genre, figure and wildlife painting, teaching and writing. His interests are far-ranging and this desire to explore and grow, coupled with talent and native curiosity have helped him to produce a large body of works. Humans, wildlife and the places where they coexist are the foundation of his artwork and have been his entire adult life. Daehlin is very aware of the spiritual aspect of all living things and of nature. Daehlin has worked in commercial and fine art for more than 25 years. The artist has worked with a wide variety of media: acrylic, watercolor, pencil oil and airbrush. He explores different media, as well as, a variety of materials. Daehlin studied fine art at Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, WA and Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.

Daehlin is very keen to detail and this makes him to produce very realistic images. He wants his viewers to feel that they have actually seen the subjects. This has made his art to be very popular. He’s also open to learning and is always on the lookout for new styles and techniques. Many collectors stock her art worldwide because they are in high demand. His art is also available in many online stores. He shares with his friends his joys of seeing his art in museums while traveling. Daehlin consciously strives to create a visual impact of color and shape combined with panache or pleasant appearance with a sense of stillness or liveliness from something which is often quite an extremely and ordinarily popular subject.
