Leda Robertson is a nature photographer who’s devoted to his work. She’s a hobbyist who’s joyfully (and serendipitously) being led towards being a professional. Her husband Theo, and herself found their partnership originally to center on teaching and practicing the message of awakening through the great work they referred to as “A Course in Miracles.” They picked up a simple digital camera some years back to bring with them to Europe, where they had been invited to teach. Little did they know that that little camera could spark in both of them a memory of their joy of photography. Unknowingly, they had stepped through the window into a brand new venture; finding and capturing memorable instances of light with their cameras. They got hooked.
Leda’s play of light and subtle and dark tones deliver a mood and depth to her subject matter that pulls the viewer to stop and take a second look. She says that she likes to convey moods of people and how they reveal their character. She hopes the viewer can find a way to relate to the subject of his work. Her passion for art began at a very early age and was notice by many who encouraged her to pursue art as a career. She receives support from her husband, family and friends in her works in art. Today her art has found its way into many prestigious buildings around the world. She has a wide base of fans who always keeps her busy. Her art has been exhibited in many leading galleries and shows and they can be seen in many galleries around the world.
