Loui Jover (Born in 1967) was born in a small European town. He immigrated to Australia from Europe with his parents while he was still very young. Jover began drawing at a tender age and never stopped chasing his artistic dream throughout his youthful years when most of his fellow children discarded artistic endeavors to pursue other interests. In 1980, Jover began his studies through a correspondence course from Melbourne Art Institute in which he studied graphic and commercial art. He also holds a Visual Communication Advanced Certificate that he attained in 1994. In 1989, Jover joined the army where he worked as an illustrator reprographic which he was basically an illustrator and regimental photographer for the military. After leaving the army, he continued drawing as a self-represented artist up to now. Jover has a unique style of art. He primarily uses ink on pages from vintage books to create emotionally charged and eye-catching images of the faces of women.

His works have been hailed as truly emotional and creative. The images also incorporate couples in intensely emotional states. As an avid artist who draws every single day drawings and creating books of cartoons, he has travelled extensively all over Asia and Europe. Jover is much recognized for his successful solo exhibitions and he has held many collective and group shows. His first solo exhibition was in Sydney at the Rocks Cove Authority Gallery in 1996, the second solo exhibition was in the same year and was at the Gold Coast arts Center in Queensland. His third solo exhibition was held in 1997 at the Moulton Galleries in Sydney.
