Benjamin Bay is a graphic artist based in Connecticut, USA. He has been working as a Graphic Artist since 2003. He offers his creative services for both licensing and commission. He works mainly in advertising and publishing. He uses his creativity with typography, layouts, and logos to market the services or products of his clients’ businesses. Bay creates visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inform, captivate, or inspire consumers. In addition to creating graphical designs, he also develops the production design and overall layout for magazines, advertisements, corporate reports, and brochures. Bay is also responsible for interactive designs of interfaces that help users navigate through complex digital experiences as well as where the content is fluid, sometimes changing minute to minute.
His art covers a broad range of art forms: serigraphy, bindery, computer graphics, typography, lithography, printmaking, drawing and painting, calligraphy, etc. Many artists have inspired him over the years. He’s always on the lookout, spending hours with people, watching movies and reading. He considers the gestures people use, or the colors they're wearing. To him, it's about taking all the little everyday things and observing them with a critical eye. He takes his art as a means of communication with his viewers that’s why he strives for quality and attractiveness.
