Giovanni Bellini (1430 - 1516) was born in Venice, Italy. He was a painter whose works reflected the increasing interest of the Venetian artistic style, concerns and innovations of the Renaissance. He was born in an artistic family – his father was a painter. At a very early age Bellini (knew that he would become an artist. He was convinced that his true destiny was to be an Artist. His passion for art has never died and in the course of his work, he developed a unique way of presenting his art. He participated in numerous solo and group shows and gained a lot of experience during that time. Doing what he liked made him to be very successful, and his works are now in many homes and businesses and have been exhibited in galleries all over the world. His greatest works is considered to be the paintings in Venice for the hall of the Great Council.

However, these paintings were destroyed by fire in 1577. He works show that he steadily evolved from purely narrative, religious emphasis to a new naturalism of landscape and setting. His art are availed in a variety of finishing options that clients can choose from. They are not only meant for hanging on the wall, but they are also meant to inspire those who view them. He knew how to choose subject matter that could stir the viewers’ emotions. He felt that it was a blessing to be an artist because he used his images to communicate his feelings to his viewers.
