Jane Slivka
Jane Slivka Bio Pic Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jane Slivka always knew she would be an artist. Educated at Endicott Junior College in Boston and Ohio University, she also studied art history in Florence, Italy. Inspired by the Impressionist Movement, Jane's work is large, colorful and exciting. Her work exudes energy. Jane recently moved from Cleveland, Ohio to Mount Dora, Florida. When she is not showing or painting, she may be found teaching beginning to intermediate watercolor and acrylic painting classes in her area. "I paint with bold brush strokes and vivid colors and have had much success from exploring nature's beautiful form and design to create visual excitement." -- Jane Slivka
