1. Will my order arrive in time for Dec 24th?
The above shipping schedule lets you know what date you need to place your order by to have it delivered on or before 12/24, for ground, two-day express and standard overnight express shipping. A minority of our art prints are hand colored or custom printed on demand. These prints will be clearly marked as having shipping times in the 4 to 7 day range. All other products apply to the above shipping schedule.

2. This is a gift. Do you include the price in the package?
For your convenience, the enclosed packing list does not list pricing.

3. What is the return policy?
As always, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. For all orders placed between December 1st and December 31st 2008, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by January 31st 2008 and receive a free replacement or full refund (less shipping and handling).
