Grace Pullen is an American artist that creates decorative images, often with a country or folk art styled feel to them. This "Apples" sign is a perfect example of that country style, reading "Apples, You Pick" and other decorative text for a pick your own apple orchard. The sign is a mustard colored yellow and the text is white, red and a very dark green.
