Just writing you to tell you guys, you're AWESOME!! I appreciate your level of customer service in taking care of my order. I'm constantly traveling and never home. Imagine my surprise when I got home last night with a new poster at my door step. Usually it's such an effort to exchange, return, get a response, etc. Other companies should take note of your level of customer service! You went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations.
