Question:
Famous Train Wreck
I'm looking for a picture of a famous train wreck. I think that it is a black and white photo and that it is pretty old. The picture shows the engine of the train coming out of the side of a railroad station.

The famous train wreck picture that you are looking for is called "La Gare Montparnasse", the wreck happened in 1895 in France.

I believe that I have the original. I have had it for many years. It is larger then the prints that they sell in the Hobby Shops. It may be a glass plate but I have not opened the sealed Display Case to check. You can contact me at my e-mail address or by Phone at (541) 350-9198. I have collected H.O. Trains for over 40 years, but it is time to "retire" so to speak so I would be interested in selling the piece.
